Pottery Wheel Throwing Workshop: A Fun & Relaxed Introduction to Ceramics
Looking for a creative escape? Join us for a fun, hands-on pottery class in a relaxed and intimate setting!
Throwing clay on the wheel is incredibly satisfying and a wonderful way to unwind. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone wanting to refine your skills, this class is designed for all levels. You’ll receive personalised attention in a small group (only 3-4 people), ensuring plenty of time to focus on learning and improving your technique.
In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn to create functional and beautiful pottery – from mugs and bowls to more complex pieces like vases and egg cups. You'll also learn how to add handles, hand-built spoons, and decorative finishes to your pieces.
Once you’ve finished your creations, you’ll have the chance to decorate them with colourful underglazes. Danica will then fire and glaze your pottery to make it food-safe, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. Your finished items will be ready for pickup in about 4 weeks.

While your ticket is non-refundable, you can transfer it to someone else if you can't attend. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we can accommodate that with at least 7 days' notice. After that, a $45 rescheduling fee applies.
